ArtSpan produces workshops and discussions to aid artists with their professional art practice. These events are free for all current ArtSpan Artist Members. A $20 suggested donation is requested from non-member attendees. However, no one is turned away for lack of funds.

As a result of disruptions caused by COVID-19, our artist workshops are now being hosted online via Zoom until further notice. This has allowed ArtSpan to record workshops for individuals unable to attend. These will be regularly updated below.

Imposter Monster Workshop

Develop tools to feel confident survive rejection, and redefine success as an artist Presenter Rick Kitagawa will provide the space and propelling questions to unlock the potential within you and overcome your biggest hurdles – the voices in your head.
Based on the idea of befriending your inner monsters and transforming them into helpful aides rather than monstrous obstacles, Rick has helped thousands of individuals and organizations from around the globe to reframe how they think about fear, self-doubt, and success. He has coached leaders and creatives to wrangle their Inner Monsters and transform them from fierce enemies to trusted confidants.

Join us on a journey to befriend these monsters and reimagine what your life could be like.
About the Presenter: Rick Kitagawa is a consultant and coach that has worked with thousands of creatives and leaders from around the globe to get out of their own way and redefine success for themselves.
