I'm an abstract artist born in Fuzhou, China. I migrated to the United States in 1999, settling in the beautiful Bay Area. I earned a BA in the Practice of Art from UC Berkeley, and graduating from UC Davis with an MFA degree in 2017.

Art is my perfect second language. It frees me from the limitations of verbal communication and allows me to speak my inner authenticity. My abstract art is a conversation with myself, with others, and with the natural world. It is a reflection of my struggle to reach inner peace and to inspire empathy towards one another. Through my art, I hope to make a positive impact in the world and contribute to a better understanding of ourselves and the natural world around us.
