My work embodies a seminal, atomic exuberance—a playful reflection of nature’s geometry. In each of my sculptural layered pieces, I attempt to capture complimentary contrasts: light and shadow, luster and texture, asymmetry and balance.

When working, I am invariably absorbed and captivated by the gradual process of creation unfolding, as a piece begins to take shape; I never tire of the thrill of making something tangible, permanent, enduring.

Each piece of jewelry is constructed by hand from sterling silver, 14K, and 18k gold, using traditional metalsmithing techniques. Custom-made hammers and other tools are used to create unique patterns and textures on the surface of the metal.

I continually challenge myself to create work that is fresh and unexpected in its relationship to the body, and will delight and engage the wearer.
