I like to explore all manner of visual narratives in a magical realism style. My paintings span the story told by one human face to the collective stories of our most ancient myth, folk and fairy tales as they play out in contemporary culture. In my practice, I mix eastern and western painting techniques, and embrace both traditional and new media tools in my creative process.
