Megan paints the world the way that she experiences it: as a Midwesterner-turned-city-dweller, as a woman of mixed skin tone, as a rider of public transportation, as a pedestrian and a circus enthusiast. She creates love notes to the coastal city that she now calls home. She is always visually absorbing the world around her and challenging herself to push the boundaries of believable color conversations in observational painting.
