My paintings, drawings, and prints are inspired by the
world of dreams and nature. In my earlier work, I was
after the essence of the landscape rather than depicting a
particular time and place. My interests have shifted from
observational studies to interior landscapes; I work from
memory, taking elements that speak of landscape or
nature. I use organic forms and shapes combined with
objects or animal imagery directly related to personal
experiences.
