The nest series was created as an invitation to the visitors to my studio and to shows to become interested in birds and their conservation issues. One cannot look at these high resolution images of nests, printed large, with great detail, without admiring their construction and the birds that built them. They will be published in a book, Nests, fifty nests and the birds that built them, Chronicle Books, Spring 2011.
