The Night Photography (NPy) you see here - by myself and selected Nocturnists - reflects a three-decades-long fascination with the Nocturne, and many cold nights spent photographing the abandoned, the forgotten, and the unobserved. NPy with its transformative ability and appeal, has proven a worthy vehicle to render what seems to be the dreary details of every day existence, into works that convey a sense of mystery, solitude and hinted-at rituals.
