Artist Statement

Is your memory of a city or landscape still fresh in your mind? I paint the memories of a place and use different surfaces and textures. Primarily I paint in watercolor or acrylic, but some mixed media too.
I began painting in watercolor in 1997 and was given a scholarship to the Academy of Art in 2007 and awarded
Signature Membership in the California Watercolor Association, 2009.
